Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Global time and attendance, and Candian/US payroll
- User Interface: modern look
- Reporting: mostly front end, easy for users
- Reporting is slow, needs more reporting on configuration changes/audits.
- Browser errors are annoying, no description of what the error means.
- Need admin capability from the mobile app.
- Increased visibility to overtime at our production plants.
- Visibility for employees to see their vacation information.
- Increased efficiency in overtime approval, no more paper.
Enables us to be compliant with work rules required by law and by union agreements. Overtime policy is now able to be enforced and there is visibility to what is not being enforced.
We do not use Dayforce for HCM but definitely see it as a benefit.
We have struggled with Ceridian's ability to provide data requirements for ICPs which has negatively impacted our project timelines.
