The updating of federal and state taxes. Track state and federal withholdings. Allow overtime rules and track healthcare eligibility.
Access to real-time data has allowed us to make decisions about retention and terminations. We have been able to better track turnover and retention.
Ceridian Dayforce is well suited for a large number of employees for corporate areas such as Fleetcor along with contract companies. It helps a system stay organized with various types of positions, locations of employees, and work structures. The ability to streamline payroll and also to have multiple pay groups.
