Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use it as our HR system of record and include Payroll, Benefits, WFM, etc. company-wide, except, currently, for foreign locations.

Pros

  • Well integrated across modules.
  • Flexible reporting.
  • Client engagement.

Cons

  • Having access to more data to report on our own.
  • Lackluster training sessions.
  • More point-in-time reporting capabilities.
  • Dayforce forms reduce manual entry/auditing.
  • Mass imports are important with our volumes.
  • Reporting provides more insight on labor costs, etc.
Dayforce is well-suited to most scenarios, except for industries where we have multiple rehires year after year.
