Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Dayforce is used throughout the whole company, multiple locations, Canada, US, Europe and Asia. It streamlines our pay and weekly time periods.

Pros

  • One-stop area to see week period time sheet, vacation, pay sheet, advantages, etc.
  • You can see in a one easy page graphic what has been accumulated for sick days, PTO, OT, etc.
  • You can get income tax and other important work related forms at one place with Dayforce.

Cons

  • A better graphic presentation would help, it is a bit botchy presently.
  • Filling out time sheets is a lot faster and more accurate.
  • Getting pay, vacation and other information is easier and more efficient.
  • We lose a bit of time navigating from time sheet pane to other panes, not too intuitive.
Dayforce is faster and more reliable than previous HCM. It is also more robust, previous HCM would sometimes freeze or do a reset in the middle of time sheet filling!
Well suited for a one-stop interface where you can fill and get all period pay and vacation related tasks.

A better graphical interface would help in navigating from one pane to another, sometimes we get lost from one area to the other, it is not as intuitive as other applications.
