Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We utilize Ceridian Dayforce for the time punching capabilities in the browser, on timeclocks, and on tablets. The Clock+ on tablets help our departments that do not have internet in their buildings. Some employees use Ceridian Dayforce mobile to punch in and out of the clock. These employees work in various locations in the county. We use Ceridian Dayforce's import capabilities to load in complicated Sheriff schedules and time away from work.

It helps make sure our employees are paid as they are supposed to be. Also, love the reporting on the time away from work. Just wish employees would be able to run their own time away from work report.
We got a department that used to do their payroll, schedules, and timesheets on paper over to the digital ages, which makes it easier on payroll to process their time.

I love the different clocking capabilities between clocks, tablets, and mobile, but I do not like that not all reports are on one screen. Also, I don't like the fact that forms cannot be filled out on Ceridian Dayforce mobile.

Ceridian Dayforce Support

Since the support team has split into modules, it has seemed to go downhill. I have a ticket that has been open for over 2 months, and I barely get communication on it if I'm not checking in on it. When I do, I haven't got any progress or updates. There are times that the support team is very quick - this must be to known issues that are easy to solve. I just feel as if the team needs more work.

Yes - Yes, the Android mobile authorization issue was just fixed in R63 SP3.
There's a reporting tech - Michael - that really took the time on my complicated report with a formula to get it to work for me. He's the best support tech I've had so far.

Using Ceridian Dayforce

I feel like the system was easy to use, but I know some managers that have had issues with the timesheets and their employees.
