Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Its scope has changed over the years. It's not used quite as much as it once was. It's used now to disseminate multiple resident documents to our external property management system. It's also used for internal workflows. Previously it stored all of our resident's docs as well as all of our check copies from Accounts Payable.
  • Good OCR
  • Easy to use web interface
  • Powerful scanning tools
  • Great document processing
  • OCR is serviceable but has trouble capturing certain documents info 100% of the time
  • Web interface can have slow down issues from time to time
We currently have a scenario where we print 1,000 documents per month, one for each resident. Because of DocuWare's ability to process barcodes, we dump that pdf to DocuWare and it files it into each resident's account. We then run scripting to add each of those documents to our cloud-based property management software. Saves having to process one document at a time per resident.

We started using DocuWare in a workflow to handle AP for our restaurant clients. We have since moved to a more industry-specific product for invoice processing, but remain using DocuWare to identify and store cash management-related documents.
  • OCR is very good
  • Support
  • Ease of use
  • Some more features would be nice.
  • A little more customizable.
  • Better connections to email/filtering.
We moved a quarter-million documents from file cabinets in our office to be digitally stored. Docuware made this process much, much less time-consuming than it otherwise would have been.

Docuware is our digital storage and retrieval system. We started using Docuware when the time spent manually storing and retrieving old paperwork was to costly to continue the old way of doing it. Now we can retrieve in seconds. The information being stored is crucial to figuring out returns to vendors and the credits expected to be received. We also use this for POD's of invoices for customer requests.
  • clarity is stored documents
  • retrieval in seconds
  • ease of use by numerous users in multiple locations
  • looking for more tutorials for new users
We mostly use Docuware for figuring out issues and problems with either vendors shipments and invoicing and resolving shipping issues to customers with the retrieval of original documents quickly.

We have Docuware Cloud deployed across several departments. We use this software when it comes to document processing and storage. The software is very secure, easy to use, and readily accessible from any device. It makes it easy to eliminate the need for physical paperwork. It not only keeps our documents safe but also ensures no unauthorized access. The software also makes document collaboration easy.
  • The software is secure and makes our documents safe
  • The software is scalable which is like
  • The software offers features that makes document processing and collaboration easy.
  • Docuware Cloud offers some automation features
  • No outlook integration which I find odd.
  • No mobile accessibility
Docuware Cloud is ideal for businesses that are looking to digitize their documents and reduce the physical paperwork. It offers great benefits and ensures all business documents are not only easily accessible but also very secure.

We use Docuware Cloud for document storage eliminating bulky paper files and allowing us to maintain more up to date records for our clients. There are checks and balances to the way we use Docuware Cloud, and without this product, we would be using way too many man-hours to process applications.
  • Document Storage
  • Integration with Dynamics CRM
  • Back-end Administrative functions are a bit antiquated.
We can use Docuware Cloud as a checks and balances program for our application processing in our data department. This is a time saver and allows us to access information at our multiple locations, as well as we have clients in various states. We can assign documents to others throughout the processing of applications, and this has allowed us to keep better track of our documentation with clients.
We use a third-party company to assist in the support process, and they have been great to work with. Quick turn around on issues and almost immediate communication concerning support tickets. They are more than willing to consult with our IT partners as well, which is a must for our business.

Docuware Cloud started as a tool for a department that needed to start a process of documentation and ordering. This tool was adding a lot of value and information to our process. We have managed to improve the purchasing process, and now we have a flow to document every part of the process from when the order is entered until the payment is confirmed. This helps to have a better response and control of information.
  • Control of the flow of online processes
  • Automation of the company processes
  • Online forms and digitization of processing documents
  • Integration with corporate domains. Administration is complex.
  • Some features require a separate download.
I like Docuware Cloud forms designer. You can drag various elements onto the form and quickly place them where you want. This function permits more interaction and faster work.Consulting many documents in different places can be very tedious because you must perform several downloads.

Docuware is being used to document and track our purchasing workflows. The approval process was the main reason we implemented Docuware. We needed a means of tracking who was approving expenditures.
  • Workflow management is fairly intuitive.
  • Basic document management functions are handled well.
  • Easy to administrate.
  • No active directory integration, this doubles up user management.
  • No Outlook integration. Would be nice to be able to interact with Docuware from email.
  • No mobile application. We have many remote users that would benefit from this.
A small business in need of document management would be able to get by with Docuware. A large business would be better off spending the money for something more advanced that integrates with enterprise software.
Support seems eager to help but often unable to do so. Anything outside of the norm is unsupported.
