Overall Satisfaction with Chatter
Chatter is used by the whole organization since we are working with Salesforce. It helps to develop communication between the teams. It's an important tool to share capital information within the organization and to develop a team spirit.

Chatter is integrated into the CRM software we are currently using, which is Salesforce. It is, for us, normal to use Chatter, as it is integrated on Salesforce. We don't have to use several different software to do our tasks.
