Overall Satisfaction with Chatter

We use chatter for our internal communications and it's complete integration with the salesforce platform.
  • Since it's made by Sales Force it's integration is seamless
  • Great for intranet communication between departments and teams
  • Allows users to manage there chatter feeds
  • With SalesForce provided better free support options
  • Better API integration with Dynamic
  • Better outlook plugins for tracking emails
  • Improved interoffice communications across all departments
  • The ROI is will worth it since it improves staff communications
  • More options for customers to communicate with company staff
Chatter has a better UI interface and offers more customization.
