Overall Satisfaction with Checkout.com

We use Checkout.com as one of our primary acquirers to accept payments from users' credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
For us, as a crypto on-ramp and off-ramp platform, the acceptance rates, settlement period and the fees are the most crucial business parameters.

Cons

It's hard to determine - we never seeekd for regulatory advices from Checkout.com. The support from our Key Account Manager was good, but not as responsive as we would like) Anyway, Esteban is the best manager so far
