Overall Satisfaction with Chorus.ai

We use Chorus.ai to record calls for the purposes of sharing with those not present and capturing critical discussion points and next steps. We also use it to identify coaching opportunities.
  • Easy integration with Zoom allows for automatic recording without any additional effort.
  • It captures the next steps and questions very well while listening, and sends you an email containing information quickly after the end of a call.
  • Best practices or unique learning opportunities can be shared easily throughout the organization.
  • It can be hard to break current notetaking habits, so sometimes the support Chorus provides is neglected.
  • We've been using Chorus for about four months and I am not certain of what the impact has been, or if it can be accurately measured yet.
The biggest competitor for my personal use is habitual note-taking and personal preferences. Chorus is much more intuitive than some of the conference call or screen share provider recording and note-taking solutions. The automatic analysis of calls (next steps and questions) is very efficient and saves time.
I use the call recording, automated next steps and questions analysis, and comment/coaching features on about half of my calls. This has allowed me to focus less on capturing every word personally, and more on asking the right questions and understanding what we should be discussing in real-time, knowing that notes and next steps are being carefully recorded for me.
Chorus.ai is well-suited for any call where notes, questions, and next steps are important and need to be remembered and/or shared with others.
