Overall Satisfaction with Cincopa
We use Cincopa to host a video on one of our apartment property websites. This is being used by the marketing department. This service makes it so easy to add a video to our website, and the variety of player templates to choose from is a really nice touch! You can customize the player to add brand colors, logos, etc. Exactly what I was looking for!
Pros
- Customization: you can choose from a variety of player templates and change a lot of backend things like automatic playing, sizing, colors, etc.
- Cincopa is really easy to use, and you don't have to know much about video hosting or adding them to your website to get how it works.
- The customer service team is really responsive and contacts you as soon as you sign up to find out what your business goals are and how they can help.
Cons
- I can't think of any areas of improvement that I would recommend.
- I think the service is easy to use.
- I haven't had any issues with video hosting so far!
- The video that we uploaded to our website will show prospects in the area around our apartment community and hopefully give them a good idea of how close they can be to work/school.
- Our video will result in more apartments being rented which will have a positive impact on our ROI.
- Our video will give residents and prospects a positive image of our community.
