Overall Satisfaction with Cisco AnyConnect

Cisco AnyConnect is usually used by engineering team. We use this technology to be connected all time, no matter where we are. Critical service management is running on Cisco AnyConnect. Why? Because Cisco has strong and reliable products.

  • It's secure
  • Easy to install as a client
  • Easy to manage
  • Large benefits from its installation
  • Use license for client scheme: maybe this could be a full solution that includes all users
  • Cisco AnyConnect saved money. If you are out of office, you can connect every time. Company doesn't need to pay for transportation if someone needs to be connected.
Support is the key. Cisco has an excellent TAC and support solution that is available online all the time.
Until today, service was helpful. We almost never have to use support service. Cisco AnyConnect is reliable and stable. We requested some help but more in license implementation.
