Cisco Catalyst 9800-80 Wireless Controller is always available. As a matter of fact, I haven't experienced application errors. However, I give it 9 stars because I have experienced two incidences of unplanned outages.

Fortinet Wireless LAN offers better control of wireless networks and access points. However, it is not the cheapest option.
