Overall Satisfaction with Cisco IP Phones
We use the 7800 Series across our entire organization in the head office and branch office. It is currently being used as a VOIP handset which integrates into Cisco WebEx calling. We find it is the perfect tool for collaboration and really sets us apart or should I say Cisco Technologies is helping us bridge the gap between innovation and business requirements. As mentioned in my previous comment, Cisco Stands apart from Yealink because of its features. The functionality and ease of use are exceptional and makes transferring skills to users a breeze. The added bonus for myself is that Cisco offers phenomenal audio quality that makes it the perfect headset for hearing impaired people.
