Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
We use Cisco Jabber throughout our company. we use it for interdepartmental chat, for softphone capability, and for group chat with screen sharing. It allowed us, back in March, to send 75% of our office workers home in a 3 week period and still give them the capability to function as if still in the office. With MRA and expressways, we have a set of users able to send and receive calls at all times, via their mobile phones, without having to vpn into our systems.
- One to one communication
- User status' for calling or messaging
- Screen sharing
- User interface is not the cleanest
- Persistent message history needs to be standard
- Cisco Jabber allowed remote workers to function easily.
