Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MR Series

It is been used for conference rooms only. We expected to have high performance on our WiFi Access Point during pic loads. Usually it is really helpful in meetings when we need to supply internet for 20+ users/guests with mobile devices. We also have a few more MR devices in our offices. So far so good with performance and uptime.
  • Cloud Managed control is really good things.
  • Clear licenses policy and manuals to install.
  • Reporting and in-line antivirus protection are good benefits with Advanced license.
  • AI should be implemented.
  • Enterprise license should include AV protection.
  • It has positive ROI impact.
  • Reduced the overload of IT with configuration and support.
  • The product and service is worth money which we spent.
Performance and price make Meraki the top choice between competitors. Cloud management, AV protection, ease to configure and 24/7 top support. Sometimes the price is not the first assessment point especially in Enterprise business. We had a trial device from Meraki and ran tests which showed outstanding benefits to the company with this solution.
They run better than Cisco support. All engineers are qualified and know what they're doing. Really quick response at any time of day, all fixed on the fly. As soon as they have access to their hardware they can do all the tasks like an on-site engineer. If hardware is down they can replace in one working day.

It is a great indoor solution for WiFi access point. Clear and easy process of installation for office. Meraki has all of the range AP for any needs. So it is convenient to take devices which are suited more for the project. Cloud management makes all of the operations with hardware handy.
It would be hard to manage in mixing AP environment, especially when multi-vendor non-Cisco hardware in use.
