Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MS
We use this product dedicated on a separate VLAN for all of the Meraki APs like the MR42.

- monitor CPU, memory, and disk usage
- merge Cisco IOS-XE and Meraki OS together so it runs as Next generation OS

- We did not have to hire a consultant to help with deployment. It was so easy like plug and plug, we deployed it ourselves.
- We did not have to purchase a separate product to help with monitoring the devices. Meraki Cloud included it.
- We did not have to purchase a separate product to help with upgrading the firmware. Again, Meraki Cloud included it.
We were able to upgrade all of the Meraki MS switches all at a time with no issue. We were able to troubleshoot everything ourselves without having to contact support.
Kept layer 2 standardized with all Cisco products.
Mainly the ease of deployment, management, and visibility all in the Meraki Cloud management.
