Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MV

We utilize the the Cisco Meraki MV products in a nontraditional manner sales-oriented manner, where an MV2 camera is used to observe consultations, and then feedback and support are given to the sales representative regarding their presentation and how they answer questions. It works great, and we have the sales data to correlate with camera usage.
  • Easy to deploy
  • Scales with business
  • Fantastic product support
  • Video access through Cisco Meraki MV still has some room for improvement.
  • Increased sales through reliable and consistent coaching
  • Freed up regional manager time through significantly decreased load times
The primary users of the Cisco Meraki MV platform are non-technical sales managers. The intuitiveness of the platform and the ease of configuring said platform was a no-brainer. We are able to use our IDP platform to provision and de-provision access. This was a game-changer for sure and an easy win for IT.
Cisco Meraki MV is such an intuitive and reliable platform that it is an easy recommendation to any organization. We've gained better insight into our network performance and support that is best in class when something does go wrong.
We implemented Cisco Meraki MV and replaced roughly 160 camera locations in a month, and have found we can spin up easily 30-40 locations a month if needed, and not have to deal with a cumbersome, error-prone manual process. Cisco Meraki MV has been fantastic to utilize.
We only considered Cisco Meraki MV2s because of their implementation, form factor, and cost. There was not anything else we found that was enterprise-grade that was in an appealing form factor and wasn't a local CCTV camera.

Did implementation of Cisco Meraki MV go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Cisco Meraki MV again?

Yes

We previously used an SOHO option, and it was not scalable, and the UX was abysmal. We heavily leverage Meraki in our environment, and I have seen the Meraki cameras before. Like any Meraki product, it's easy to configure, deploy, and manage. This significantly improved UX, even when we do encounter some issues.
