Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Secure Email

We have been using Cisco Secure Email for the past three years to secure our incoming and outgoing emails. Our setup consists of three Microsoft Exchange 2016 servers with approximately 3000 users. The main use of this appliance is to secure our emails from SPAM, Viruses, Phishing emails, and scams.

Cons

  • Data Leakage Protection.
  • Integration with Cloud providers.
  • 41200 Threat Emails are caught our of 46000 Emails Per day.
  • Clean mailboxes, SPAM quarantine portal is one of the greatest features.
  • Great hardware performance, no lag or slowness recorded.
  • Fully customized interface, for intermediate and expert administrators.
The services offered by ForeFront were basic, it's not quite comparable to Cisco Secure Email. The functions offered by Cisco are outstanding.

No, we didn't, we have been using this product for years, and we have enough experience to manage most operations.
We had a big problem with our email sending reputation for many years, with Cisco's support we managed to divert our emails through a smart host, and with this recommendation, our reputation improved significantly.
