Overall Satisfaction with Cisco VoIP PBX

Cisco VoIP PBX is in charge of all our SIP and TDM communications providing internal users with voice and video communications capabilities, not only in the company but also when we are remote or commuting. The solution allows me to use my desk phone for voice and video calls, and my softphone client lets me use these resources wherever I go.
  • Place audio calls with very good audio quality.
  • Make internal video calls with exceptional audio and video qualities.
  • Integrates my extension with Microsoft Teams so I can call anyone in the company direct from my directory.
  • Consolidate their collaboration application in a single client.
  • Make easy to get reports on calls, made or received.
  • Reliable
  • Very good audio and video calls quality.
  • Integration with MSFT Teams.
  • Positive: Reliable and Stable solution.
  • Positive: Quality of our communications has improved.
  • Negative: Endpoints are expensive if you need to growth your installed base.
Cisco has the most stable and reliable solution in our comparison with other vendors. The way Cisco handles the redundancy of the system makes our communications experience zero interruption problems, and that was very different from the other vendors we used before deciding to migrate to Cisco VoIP PBX. Another good point was the fast and easy implementation. Only two days were necessary to bring all systems up with all integrations we have (billing, AD, and MSFT Teams).

Do you think Cisco VoIP PBX delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Cisco VoIP PBX's feature set?

Yes

Did Cisco VoIP PBX live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Cisco VoIP PBX go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Cisco VoIP PBX again?

Yes

The solution has almost everything I need to do my job, which is to keep in touch with my customers by phone calls and meetings. On the go, the softphone has room to improve user experience (Cisco Jabber), and as far as I know, Webex App should fill the gaps left by Jabber, but it depends to upgrade the system to the last version and that costs. Besides that, the solution is rock solid! Good audio quality in voice and video, integration with MSFT Teams and so reliable.

Using Cisco VoIP PBX

All main features is very easy to access and use, only pressing a button or two (when you need to page up or page down the features set!) in the desk phone or a click of the mouse to place a call, start a chat, video call or a meeting. Very straight forward.

Cisco Jabber for Mobile Phones is very easy to use interface, pretty much the same as the desktop interface and its provide a great user experience, almost the same usability. As far as I've noted, there was a problem that is a quite unstable and sometimes the app freezes or need to be reopened.
