Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex DX80

The DX80 is currently being used by a couple of users in remote work scenarios resulting from the pandemic that we are currently facing. The unit allows for ease-of-use when participating in conferencing calls as well as collaboration with other team members. The DX 80 allows for whiteboarding and other tools that are used amongst the team. The entire system makes it very easy to use for any user.

  • Stylus or pen to use on the system
  • Positive impact in allowing users to easily navigate their meetings by just pressing the join button when it's time. No more hunting for information and links. The system just does it.
We use the complete Cisco Webex portfolio of products to complement each other to ensure a very productive and efficient collaborative offering. All systems work very well together and in tandem with the Cisco infrastructure that we have within our company including telecommunications. The integration with email platforms as well to allow for the synchronization of calendars and other information is a great asset to team members.
The Cisco support team is very quick to help resolve any issues. Submitting tickets online you can usually expect a quick response, with a paid subscription to support. They now have a Chat platform to help resolve items even faster rather than having to wait for an email or a phone call.

Cisco Webex DX80 is well suited for executive desk use, remote workers, and small collaboration rooms. A single user, up to three user rooms would be the max for this. It’s mainly designed for single person use but we have been using it in our small conference rooms of 4 users.
