Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

We use it to communicate with remote employees and host meetings across our different offices.

Pros

  • We use it for meetings with business partners
  • We use it for internal meetings as well

Cons

  • It's hard to set up sometimes, it could be easier for first time users to start and host a meeting. It can take some time.
  • It has had a positive impact on our ROI--travel savings cannot be understated!
  • Cisco Meraki MR Series
Meraki is also great!
It helps centralize our communication, and it's super easy to use (plug and play) so we haven't really had any needs to use customer support! But the FAQs are helpful as well.
