We started Cisco Webex Meetings in our company when we implement all Cisco components in our network. we started to work with Cisco Webex to communicate between many parties and host meetings between different parties from different locations around the world. usually used by top management traveling and needed communication between each other

Cisco support is very professional when it came to handling trouble cases, their engineer start looking up with us for the problem trying to identify the problem and solve it asap and guide us through all the troubleshooting steps explaining all knowledge regarding the problem and keep it so close till the problem solved with very good satisfaction from our side.

Adoption

We used it with 10 administrators and 25 people per meeting, and used by anyone in the company needs to host a meeting. Usually, top management who asks for meeting like that and usually more than 5 persons attend such meetings from inside the company and 3 to 4 persons from outside.

Great integration between Cisco Webex Meetings and existing Cisco Unified Call Manager gives a great edge to Webex to be implemented rather than any other solution. as this integration enhance the call manager solution and give some users the flexibility to use their IP-phone in joining Webex Meetings instead of using mobile or laptop.

Regarding the scenarios where Cisco Webex Meetings is well suited,
1. When you need to set meeting between different parties, in different locations, and different time zones.
2. To communicate between each other instead of traveling to set a meeting.
3. Or just sending emails.

It will be less appropriate when they are still in the same building. its better to meet inside a meeting room.
