Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

We use Webex as one of our main channels for communication. It is especially helpful when our team has some members who work remotely. Almost all of our meetings are conducted with Webex, even when we have in room meetings, we also configure Webex so some team members who do not really need to join can attend via Webex. We usually have a quick direct discussion between team members using WebEx. It saves a lot of effort and helps to speed up our progress. Webex is very flexible in organizing meetings. I can schedule a meeting or open a private room for a quick discussion. It supports all kind of devices, Windows, Mac, Android, IOS... and does not require any software installation.

  • Does not require any software installation, I just need to send meeting URL when inviting someone to join my meeting.
  • Integrates with Calendar and email to schedule and remind you about a meeting.
  • Recording, so we can save and share our meeting with other members who are busy at the time of the meeting.
  • Auto-detect background noise and provides mute suggestions.
  • When we chat on Webex meeting and close the meeting, we can not access the chat so information is lost.
  • The Webex user interface is quite simple and has limited functions.
  • Allows remote teams to work smoothly. We able to work from home effectively.
  • Reduce the need for a meeting room as we do not need too many physical rooms now.

Webex Meetings run quite smooth and easy to use, I have not a problem with using Webex and its user interface is easy to understand without much effort for study, so I never need to get support from Cisco Webex Meetings team, however, I see very positive feedback on the support team from the community

Webex integration is quite easy, with Active Directory integration, I log in to Webex using my email credentials and when I schedule a meeting it automatically adds in my calendar and I can send a meeting invitation with Webex information to my team.
Cisco Webex Meetings provide high quality voice and video which we really need and its recording, screen sharing and meeting monitoring features are advanced. Our team can conduct a virtual meeting similar to a physical meeting. Other tools also provide similar features but do not have the high quality that Cisco provides.
Webex is excellent for a virtual meeting or quick discussion between team members. The features of screen sharing, high-quality voice and video, private rooms, and recordings make the meetings go smoothly and save a lot of effort for physical meetings such as room organizing, moving time or meeting schedules. In case an organization is small or does not need frequent meetings, other chat tools like Skype or Slack could provide a similar function
