Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
It was used across the whole organization at my last company for online meetings. We used the basic Webex Meetings first and then also tried using Webex Teams for scheduling/hosting meetings. It was meant to address meetings for our partially in-house/partially remote company.
- Personal room link is fast/easy for quick and impromptu meetings.
- Capturing and sharing recordings is fairly easy.
- It was really buggy and we had constant connection problems.
- Webex Teams was really complicated and made everything harder.
- Honestly, it wasted a lot of people's time trying to figure it out.
- Time wasted on meetings w/ unreliable connections.
I did not interact with the Support team - we all went through our IT team but we had frequent issues and complaints.

Currently, we are using Zoom now instead of Cisco at my new company, and my previous company is also switching to Zoom. It's just much easier/faster to learn. Very intuitive to schedule meetings, and integrated seamlessly with Google Calendar. Internet connection has been unstable, and I'm unsure if it's a personal internet bandwidth issue or a Zoom issue.
