Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Cisco Webex Meetings is our primary virtual meeting solution across the company. All employees have access to both the Webex Meetings as well as the Webex Teams. As the majority of the employees work remotely, Webex helps us to stay connected to our team. In just a few clicks we can organize meetings with the whole team.

Pros and Cons

Really easy to use.
Provides both "meeting rooms" or "private rooms" to meet people.

I think that both "Cisco Webex Meetings" and "Cisco Webex Teams" could be merged into one single product. They share a lot of features and it doesn't make sense having two different applications.
Sometimes when using the mobile version, I get errors such as "Decrypting message" and I have to restart the app on my phone.

Return on Investment

It improves team collaboration since it is really easy to start meetings.
It reduced our costs since pretty much every meeting is held online.

Every employee in the company uses the Cisco Webex Meetings. From the receptionist to the CEO, every person takes advantage of the virtual meeting benefits. As it is a really easy to use tool, the tool adherence is great!

I do recommend it for any company with virtual teams (e.g. people that work from home) or that constantly have to schedule meetings with external clients. It is really easy to use and the call quality is excellent. The only scenario it may be less appropriate for is if you work in a really small company (less than 10 people), then you don't probably don't need such a solution.

Great meeting platform! Really easy to use and specially useful for companies with remote teams.
