Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
We use Webex for internal and external video conferencing needs for our whole organization. It alleviates connections with internal and external clients.

- Better integration with Microsoft products.
- Allowed more collaboration (internal/external).
- Easy to use - limiting wasted time on issues.
- Calendar integration into Outlook and Office 365 made it possible to use different calendaring options.
Any issues that I have had have been resolved within the same day. It's perfect that all upgrades are done behind the scenes and without any impact to the use of the software; that saves us a lot of time and resources compared to our on-prem version of Webex.
500 - 1000 users are using the product and have been for 5 - 6 years. It is widely used across the campus locations and with external clients that have a need to either do a standard phone conference or needing a video based meeting with integration in our video conference rooms.
Most of the video conference rooms are booked 50% to 75%.

Not complicated at all.
Microsoft Teams has some benefits to integrate into the Office suite but very limited on video options, we want a platform that can integrate into our Cisco video conference solution that is easy to setup and use. Webex Meetings is built to do that for our company and our clients that depend on us.
