Webex experience

We use Webex Meetings pretty much every day for communication with colleagues. It is being used by the entire company. This has efficiently improved the communication efficiency among team members, especially given the COVID situation, where everyone has to work from home and collaborate remotely. Since we are not able to go onsite and have our quarterly meeting, Cisco Webex has been playing a vital role in ensuring these important big meetings are held as scheduled, which in turn helps maintain corporate business operations.

Yes, we have greatly benefited from its features like screen share, chatting. You can get a grid or detailed view if it's face to face meeting. You can easily invite others to join a meeting by sending them the invitation link of the meeting and also hold your personal room meetings whenever you want.

First, perfect combination with Outlook. Its integration with Outlook allows me to schedule meetings based on everyone's availability through "Schedule Assistant." Besides, its integration with Cisco Jabber allows me to chat, screen share, call and hold a personal room meeting with others whenever needed, without sending people invitation emails formally, saving me quite a lot of time.

Overall it has been doing a great job in ensuring the daily commnication in my team. It is easy to use and I can share with people my progress efficiently through these meetings. Plus participants can choose the video option when joining a meeting, which has added more social interaction during this long quarantine time.
