Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
Our organization relies on Cisco Webex Meetings to provide remote support to our clients. If there are issues raised by our client we send a Webex invite to further troubleshoot the issue. We also use Cisco Webex Meetings whenever there are meetings and bidding for a project. The business problem that it addresses is providing an easy way of collaborating with other employees and our customers.

Our organization has greatly benefited from these features of Cisco Webex. It makes life easier for our engineers and clients that are apart during this pandemic. It also has features that allow you to record the meeting and browse it afterward. Overall great technology offered by Cisco on enterprise organizations.
Cisco Webex Teams. It benefited us also because we do our time-in and time-out on teams.
We are a trusted partner of Cisco. I know that Webex Meetings provide us with great security in a meeting because we are able to lock the meeting and control who joins.
