Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

Cisco Webex Meetings meets the demand for remote troubleshooting with its easy GUI to control other workstations. We can also rest assured that the connection is secured and its integration with Outlook email and calendar is a plus. But for me, the greatest benefit is that I can use my phone as my audio (call). There's also an app version of Webex, which really comes handy when I'm on-the-go/mobile

What I can recommend is to have a screenshot function with great resolution because recording is dependent on my internet connection, which is kind of slow here in Philippines.

  • Screenshot functionality with great resolution
  • Recording is dependent on internet speed, so it's blurry when you have a slow internet connection here in Philippines.
  • With regard to my position, I think, our support capabilities increase even with our current health issues due to the fact that we can easily check the current status of the defective device thru a remote session and can easily request RMA if needed.
This really is better to use than any other similar application because of its share screen, remote control, annotation, use phone as audio (call), and the things listed above.

Well if there's a screenshot functionality that isn't based on the internet that would really be helpful because recordings are dependent on internet speed.
Webex Meetings really runs smoothly even with laptop to android app or with a laptop and a phone as audio.
There's no really issue with regard to this.
With its user-friendly interface, availability on different platforms, and its low internet usage, Webex Meetings really helps me a lot during remote troubleshooting.
Cisco Webex Meetings doesn't really consume much Bandwidth, and it also has an android app. I can also use my laptop for screen and my phone as my audio (call), which really gives me options.
We do have separate people who manage and deploy in this regard.
Yes, it really is capable of running on low internet speed.
Cisco Webex Meetings is best for remote troubleshooting and meetings due to its share screen, recording, control, and annotating capabilities. I think it's really suited for almost anything because it also has a mobile app version I can use if I'm away from my workstation or laptop.
