Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
We are using Webex Meetings platform as our primary audio and video conferencing solution to enable our workforce to collaborate wherever and whenever and especially during times of the pandemic. Platform is being leveraged across all endpoints from video conferencing endpoints to mobile and desktop computing devices.

- Secure platform that's built with that since the foundation.
- Competitive features and enhancements.
- Different modules of Webex Meetings and confusion across each module, Events, Training, Support.
- Technical Assistance Center support can be improved.
- Limited visibility into Webex backend for Administrators.
- Lowered employees and departmental physical footprints.
- Minimized employee travel time for meetings.
- Enabled collaborative workforce during pandemic.

Zoom and Webex Meetings are primarily competitors with Zoom stepping up their security practices and awareness which leaves both companies toe-to-toe in releases of features, enhancements and bug fixes. Webex Meetings has a superb ecosystem and portfolio of collaboration applications and tools that work seamlessly to deliver the collaboration tool set any organization can take advantage of beyond meetings alone.
