Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Webex Meetings is being used across multiple departments in my company. We use it for internal departmental meetings, individual get-togethers, support with internal customers, training employees, and quick one on one conferences.

Pros and Cons

The meetings are simple create and use.
The audio quality is great.
The range of supported devices makes it easy for anyone to join.
The integration with Outlook simplifies meeting creation and tracking.
Cisco Flex makes licensing easier.

We have the ability for multiple users share at the same time.

Return on Investment

Webex has allowed our departments to stay in touch while working out of the office.
We have conducted training with remote employees, without having to travel.

Cisco Flex licensing has allowed us to grow our Webex presence as needed and on-demand.

The software loads quickly, has great quality, and doesn't seem to impact our other systems.

Likelihood to Recommend

Webex Meetings has been well suited for all the situations we have needed it, from one on one gatherings to larger group meetings. It is less appropriate for training where you don't want the participants to have audio (Training and Events work for that).
