Cisco Webex [Meetings] has the ability to scale both up and down to the meeting size needed. It is a one size fits all with a simple user friendly, yet powerful interface. The tools needed for a business to run successful both in the office and remote can be done via Webex.

To date any issues that may have arisen have had an alternative solution that did not put us in a down state. We could use the voip if the call in feature was not working. Most errors stem from an internal network or personal setting on a user’s pc.

Scalability

[Cisco Webex Meetings] is currently used across the entire organizations from production to the CEO. It is scalable and very critical for our remote sales team to connect to our customers.

Performance

[Cisco Webex Meetings] works well across all devices. Most of the time issues which are thought to be Webex related are in fact computer/phone issues. When people sound robotic or drop audio it is often due to hardware and not Webex.

When connecting between outside the organization and within the organization [Cisco Webex Meetings] provides a wonderful platform that is easy to use for those that are text savvy and those that are not as tech savvy. The ability to use it just as a phone bridge or for video conferencing screen share collaboration gives the flexibility that we need.
