Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

Cisco Webex Meetings is used by our organization to host and attend meetings. In this day and age of covid and remote meetings, it's critical to have a good, reliable remote meeting platform. It allows us to continue business even when remote. Unfortunately, Cisco Webex Meetings isn't the best product for this.
  • Scheduling
  • Invites
  • Meetings
  • Ease of navigation
  • User management
  • Billing
  • Continued business.
  • Wasted time trying to manage.
At the time, we had an existing contract with Cisco Webex Meetings which is why we stayed with them. To be honest, Cisco Webex Meetings does not stack against them. Once the contract is up, we will be moving to Teams as it is already part of our agreement with Microsoft.

Would you buy Webex Meetings again?

No

Availability of Cisco Webex Meetings was fine. That was never an issue. The issue was navigation and scheduling. There were many times someone wanted to start their meeting, but when they clicked to start, it added them as an attendee and not the host. This was very frustrating to end-users.
Cisco Webex Meetings was not flexible for us. It was convoluted to manage. Scalability was fine as we were able to push it out to end-users. That was never in question. Due to this, I've rated it as a 5 out of 10. Although departments could use it, we had issues trying.
Performance for Cisco Webex Meetings wasn't an issue. That is, once we were able to get into the meeting that we wanted. Sometimes the links wouldn't let us in as intended. But once in, we never had issues with quality or connection. For this, I give it an 8 out of 10.
Cisco Webex Meetings is well suited for larger corporations that probably already use other Cisco products. For smaller businesses, it's probably too cumbersome to manage. Even with an IT department, we found it difficult to manage. Nobody ever knew which link to click to start a meeting or how.
