Cisco Webex Meetings is used in our organization for organizing virtual meetings, conferences, troubleshooting over Cisco Webex Meetings. Cisco Webex Meetings meet gives an awesome environment where people can join virtually and do a meeting as if they are sitting in a same room. Features like video calling and voice calling gives an extra advantage of a personal touch which we get. You can share you screen and do presentations over your computer while you are in a meeting so you don't need a board a pen or a paper for it. You can even share only the apps you want to share via your PC and the meetings are secured with a meeting invite and passcode so no one can barge in.

So you dont have to worry about the cost for building and maintaining a server as it a cisco responsibility. It gives you alot for feature like video/audio calls and also the ability to record meetings for future reference. You can have people virtually raise hands and ask questions and it gives a feel of a real meet without meeting in person. Its a vey cost effective product being use in the market and reliable due to the owner being Cisco.
