Cisco Webex Teams is being used by my organization as a daily checking or syncing of attendance, time in and out of the engineers and also used for meetings and presentation. It is being used by all departments as an all-in-one application for recording attendance and for meeting with clients.

- Instant file and screen sharing.
- Virtually remoting and control other end.
- File and document management and intelligent searching.
- Can be used as a announcement board.
- Can be used as an attendance recorder.
- More on the graphics side.
- If it is possible also to integrate email.
- The price is higher than other tools outside the market.
Since we are using Cisco Webex Meetings, it is easily integrated to the Cisco Webex Teams. User friendly, very simple graphics, a lot of features usable for the organization. Features like you can virtually present and have a meeting, file sharing and instant call. Can be used for announcement.
