Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Teams (formerly Cisco Spark)

Cisco Webex Teams (formerly Cisco Spark) is being used by our organization for collaboration. Our entire organization uses it for video meetings as necessary, sending group messages, and sharing files.
  • The user interface is easy to use
  • Navigation within the program is easy
  • You can hide things from view that you aren't using easily
  • Collaboration is easy for people near and far
  • The rebranding of all of the products makes it hard to know which one you are talking about
  • The user interface is not customizable
  • I have not realized any real benefit or negative impact from Cisco Webex Teams because we have many tools in our organization that have similar functions.
I've used a bunch of Webex Solutions which have all been rebranded. I've also used HipChat which for my needs suits me just fine. It is easy to chat and I don't have a bunch of other options that I don't use regularly.
There are too many different solutions that are in this same space. I think the main draw of this software is the chat functionality and file sharing so if you need those and want to get some other features as well this might be a good solution.
