Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Teams

We have tried quite a few different apps for online meetings and Cisco Webex Teams is the best of these. The quality and ease of use of the tool is far better than the other ones we have tried. I use the tool as a main online tool in my daily work

  • Quality of voice and video
  • Sharing files through the tool is easy
  • In the early days when learning the tool was a bit confusing, but with the current version that has improved a lot.
  • New unread messages/chats don't automatically appear at the top of your chat.
  • Having one tool for the meetings lowers the total costs
  • Having a working tool lowers the operational costs
Even the fact that Cisco Webex Teams is offering more content than other similar tools, it still is very easy to use. The quality of the communication (voice and video) is better than in other tools I have used. I have also found out that Webex is working better between different organizations than other tools.
Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
I think this tool is suitable for the meetings within and beyond our organization. It is working fine with my laptop as well as with my mobile devices. Through the tool I can share files easily, record my meeting sessions and do everything that is expected from online tools. Plus the new platforms for the Webex Teams make the online meetings even more clever.
