Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Teams

At the moment the whole company, uses Cisco Webex Teams, and the difference between an unconnected force and a connected one is huge.

Problems can be approached in a more efficient way and easily addressed. As an email based communication is so slow, and having tools such a Cisco Webex Teams promotes collaboration and is a better experience for us - the end users.

We selected Cisco Webex Teams because is easy to use. It's also a faster way for us to connect with friends, partners and customers. Also the cost of such tool is affordable and a good value. For that reason, it was not difficult to choose Webex to implement across our entire company.
Because it is a reliable tool, it does not fail and it's easy to use. A tool like this makes day-to-day work easier. I rated this a 9, and not a 10, so that they continue to innovate and improve the product.

Webex Teams is suited for any situation. Having an easy way to communication makes everything is our business run more smoothly. Even for just internal use, it's a great tool. Hopefully some day our customers and partners can be united by Cisco Webex Teams - it would make our day to day so much easier.
