Overall Satisfaction with Citrix ShareFile
Currently, it's being used to store and organize client documents and databases. It allows clients 24/7 access to files we've built/generated for them. It's being used by multiple departments. It solves the problem of manually reaching out to clients each time an updated file has been uploaded, the platform will notify [them] on our behalf.
- Customized notifications and alerts, negates the need to reach out directly
- Organization/ease of access of files
- 24/7 access inside our organization and externally for clients/vendors
- Based on my usage of the platform I have not see any areas that need to be improved
- Using this platform from an account service perspective and is packaged into retainer fees charged so no direct ROI. Clients love the ease of access and customization to their brands.
