Overall Satisfaction with Clari

Our Sales management and operations team use Clari. It helps us have insight and visibility into our pipeline, forecasts and trends. Clari's intuitive use of interactive charts and dashboard allows us to look at our business. It helps answer key questions about the health of our deals, the accuracy of our forecasts and how our business looks over time.
  • With Clari's Flow analytics, we can see who deals have moved along within a quarter or across quarters. We can easily assess if deals are moving in or out, are they being upgraded or downgraded or if we are loosing them.
  • Using Clari's Trend analytics, we can see how we have performed in the last 4 quarters and see how our pipelines ultimately performed. We can also see what Clari's prediction based on our mix of pipeline stages etc.
  • Clari's Pulse analytics show you weekly predictions as well as past predictions. This is great for seeing how "close to the pin" we get or by what week of the quarter things start to solidify.
  • Clari has come a long way in the year and half I've used it. I'd like to see more capability on the administration side like being able to add/delete opportunity fields to bring into the data, being able to use more variety of charts on the dashboards.
  • It would also be even more powerful if we can add formulas or measures that are custom.
  • Clari has helped some of our managers become more accurate in their predictions as well as help them assess quickly how business is flowing. This helps us focus on the deals that are critical and take action. They feel more productive and in control of their pipeline.
Clari was able to start generating advanced analytics within 3-4 hours after connecting to our Salesforce data and immediately in opportunity data. With Birst, there was some implementation needed, IT setup and configuration and some additional training for admins and advance report users. For what we really needed, Clari quickly delivered above and beyond with data we knew we had but had never "seen" in a clear way. After using Birst for over a year, we moved over to Clari in a short time.
Clari comes with multiple "modules" that provide as all the 'reports' we need. As Clari is interactive, it eliminates the need for static reports. With its mobile/tablet app, Clari is available on the fly.
Clari is ideal for sales managers and sales operations as it gives them insight and helps guide predictability into the pipeline management process. It is a also a great coaching tool for managers as they can easily see patterns of behavior. With Clari, the story of the quarter begins to unfold right before your eyes. Its beautiful graphics are compelling and telling.
