Overall Satisfaction with ClearSlide

Our Sales department uses ClearSlide to reach out to prospects and leads. The benefit of ClearSlide is the simplicity of sending collateral and being able to track what happens after it is sent. For management, it's the ability to track each salesperson's activity such as time spent on a live demonstration of our product.
  • Simplicity to send pre-made decks to prospects and leads
  • Tracking what the prospect or lead does; opening the email, click links in the email, etc.
  • The ability to shutdown a link if you feel the prospect or lead is forwarding your documents to others that shouldn't have access
  • It would be nice to set up an email template without not always having to attach a slide deck.
  • It would be nice to more easily create email and signature templates for users and give them read and edit access.
  • It would be nice if slide decks could keep some animation or play embedded videos.
  • I can't speak to ROI because I am not involved in measuring that.
  • My role in using ClearSlide is to assist everyone in Sales with slide decks, email and signature templates, so I do not have any lead conversion data.
  • From what I hear, ClearSlide has been very effective in helping our sales team, but I don't know have any data to back that up.
We actually never used a product similar to ClearSlide before deciding to go with ClearSlide. When we first learned about the ClearSlide application it seemed like it was a newer technology and we were excited to start using it our sales department. I am not even aware of any similar products.
From what I know, everyone in our company that uses ClearSlide is happy with the product and we should be continuing with them.
I think that a product like ClearSlide needs to be used a lot in order to be really effective. The potential buyer needs to fully present their needs and plans for using ClearSlide in order for the rep at ClearSlide to convey all that's needed to use their application properly. Everyone in the company needs to be onboard with using ClearSlide or it might be wasted money.
