Overall Satisfaction with ClearSlide
Our sales department uses ClearSlide for marketing and sales interactions with potential and current customers. We use ClearSlides' live pitch (screen share) function for reliable client meetings when face-to-face meetings aren't possible. We utilize the analytics provided from marketing emails to target motivated buyers and help eliminate cold prospects. The analytics provided from the marketing emails help save our sales reps time and raise out close rates.

- ClearSlide is still somewhat new. Bugs pop up regularly; however, their development team is quick to solve these issues in my experience.

- Increased sales rep efficiency for weeding out uninterested leads quicker.
ClearSlide's screenshare tools are far superior to GoToMeeting for our team and our customers. Our customers don't need to download anything such as Java to run the software. Our team can load presentations such as a PowerPoint or PDF to display to customers. This feature isn't available with a Basic GoToMeeting subscription.
