Overall Satisfaction with ClickMeeting

In the organization, we mainly used the Clickmeeting platform for video conferencing and webinars. It helped us a lot during the pandemic, when everyone was confined to their homes and it was impossible to hold conferences in reality. We found the clickmeeting platfrom to be the best on the market in terms of features offered. Good video quality and polling capabilities make it easy to connect with webinar participants. We appreciate that everyone has the opportunity to attend the conference anywhere on earth. Using the platform we feel that our data is safe.

Our organization considered using Skype, but it did not seem safe in terms of data security. Skype also offered fewer features than the ClickMeeting platform. Clickmeeting is a very secure platform. It offers a number of different functions. There is a possibility to conduct surveys, which we wanted very much.

I am satisfied with the support contact. I could always count on help from support. I always received answers to questions very quickly. Support always knew the answer to every question on my part.
