Overall Satisfaction with ClickTime
We use ClickTime across our whole agency. We manage clients and projects, and everyone uses it to record their time. We pull numbers for weekly client meetings and monthly client reports, so that we can be as transparent as possible in how we are spending our time. It also helps us to manage our monthly hours and prioritize certain projects over others.
- Easy to use - to input time simply choose the client and project, and enter your hours. It autosaves after a few seconds if you don't manually save.
- Each time entry also has a note function, so you can leave a more detailed account of how you spent your time.
- Adding new clients and projects is quick and easy, it's a very intuitive system.
- I don't really have much that could be improved on - for everything that I have needed to use ClickTime for, it has been easy and intuitive.
- Tracking hours means we can see what projects are worth spending time on and which ones aren't; we are able to use our hours in the most effective way and deliver the best service.
