Overall Satisfaction with CloudTalk

CloudTalk is our solution for Customer Care and OB Telemarketing. At the beginning we had the trial option before buying to be sure that all our requirements were met. The support during the trial was great. It is very easy to set up and use. CloudTalk is now helping our team to performance better, maximize1st contact resolution, being efficient, but also make are processes easy and monitor our KPIs accurately. It is a great solution for companies that need a scalability and quality.
