Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures

We are a managed IT services company that implements this at as many companies that will let us, :). CodeTwo makes changing email signatures at the organizational level extremely easy. The bigger the company, the more time this saves the IT support. When you only have a couple users changing/updating email signatures isn't thought of as something taking much effort, but when you multiply that by 25, 50 or 100+, the effort grows exponentially.
  • VERY easy to implement and update
  • ROI is instant
  • CodeTwo overrides "rogue" users signatures that don't follow the organizations rules
  • This is one of the few reviews that I can't identify room for improvements
  • The software is reasonably priced, but I guess it could always be less (I'm stretching here)

  • Some companies change signatures often, this makes it a snap to do so
I know of no other product that is even remotely close to being as good as CodeTwo (at least as far as centrally managing email signature blocks goes). The exchange has some built-in tools for this, but CodeTwo is much easier to use and doesn't cost much money to buy. I believe you can also get a free trial of the software, if you do it, I think there's zero chance you don't end up keeping it.
The bigger the organization, the more value this software provides. Once you are accustomed to supporting an environment using it, the more it shows it's value when doing work for a company that doesn't have it. Sometimes users change their signature blocks (even when told not to) however in a law firm there are certain "terms" that MUST be in all email dialogues, this prevents breaching the "rules".
