Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I need a solution to deploy a standard email signature for all e-mail users. At the beginning we started with the on prem version and now we are moving to the cloud solution. It's very easy to manage and transfer all my configurations from one version to other. In both cases CodeTwo Email Signatures meets my expectations.

My company tasked me with creating uniform signatures so the company could look more professional. It was fairly simple to get it set up and working. I ran into a couple of technical issues but was blown away by how responsive the support team is. I like that it is fairly easy to use and set up. Everything was pretty simple to understand in regards to the GUI. The support staff is great! Simply outstanding service and support.

The product is easy to use, and user friendly, even for non IT staff. It was fairly simple to get it set up and working. Everything was pretty simple to understand in regards to the GUI. CodeTwo is the only product I've found with the flexibility to handle all scenarios I throw at it ... rules based on hour, recipient, keyword, internal/external, and HTML/RTF/plain text, and on and on.
