Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

We were looking for signature software that is compatible with Microsoft365 / ExchangeOnline and works on all end devices. With CodeTwo Email Signatures 365, we found a partner that offers exactly this solution with the signature tool for Microsoft365 among many other products. We have been using the solution for a long time now and are delighted with the versatility of the possibilities. Despite the diversity, the usability is still quite intuitive and well documented on the manufacturer's website. The implementation is also well designed with an onboarding process so that setup is quick and straightforward. Another plus point is that it can be managed via a web browser. No local software is required. Contact with the support team has also gone well so far. They respond quickly and the processing is goal-oriented. I myself am 100% convinced by the signature solution and can recommend it without reservation.

As already described, the set-up process is kept totally simple. This makes setup quick even for untrained administrators. If anything is unclear, you can find all the information you need on the manufacturer's website. As access and configuration are carried out via the web browser, adjustments can be made from any end device. Whether on the move, in the office or at home.
Previously, we had a local signature script that distributed the signatures centrally. This script had to use a complex process to retrieve the HTML templates and fill the placeholders. What's more, the tool only worked for Outlook on Windows - no other operating systems, applications or mobile devices. We also tested other signature software. In terms of simplicity of administration in connection with the price-performance ratio, nothing could keep up with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365.

As the setup is guided and simple, the signature solution is quickly set up and configured. From the creation of the CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 environment to the connection with M365, all steps are well documented and automated as far as possible. Once set up, the signature can be used quickly via the integrated signature editor. The creation of the rules for when which signature is used is also well managed, so that the functionality can be provided quickly. Existing signatures can also be imported as HTML code.
