Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
It is used company-wide to track business expenses made monthly.
Pros
- Keeps track of monthly expenses.
- It allows me to code expenses for our accounting department.
- It allows accounting to track who has yet to finish coding their monthly expenses.
Cons
- I'd like to have easier access to past expense reports on a visual level.
- There are times I have to pay out of pocket for certain expenses. Concur is a great way to track these expenses where I need to be reimbursed.
I was not a part of the selection process of Concur but I would say that each of the products fully served my expense management needs.
I do not recall any integrations with other software at this time.
I appreciate the receipt uploading feature and the ability to track out of pocket expenses so that I may be reimbursed by my company.
I think the software is easy to use. Time is money and I can utilize the spare time I save with the software to work on the projects that matter most.
